Canadian Buildings Honoured at BOMA International Awards

On June 24 four Canadian buildings were announced as winners of prestigious International TOBY awards. Office Building of the Year (100,000-249,999 square feet) was awarded to PriceWaterhouseCoopers Place in Vancouver, BC, managed by Cadillac Fairview Management Services Inc., and Office Building of the Year (500,000-1 million square feet) went to Centre CDP Capital in Montreal, QC, managed by SITQ Inc. In the Renovated Building Category the TOBY was awarded to Complexe Desjardins in Montreal, QC, managed by Desjardins Gestion Immobiliere Inc., and the TOBY for best Government Building went to Garden City Tower in St. Catherines, ON, managed by SNC-Lavalin Profac Inc.
