BOMA Nova Scotia's sister organization, the BOMI Institute, offers several designation programs that have become the recognized educational programs for commercial real estate professionals: the RPA (Real Property Administrator), the FMA (Facilities Management Administrator) and the SMA (Systems Maintentance Administrator).

BOMI designations help people at every stage of their careers. Even if you're an experienced professional – or manage a team of professionals – a BOMI designation can complement what you already know, fill gaps in experience, and teach important new practices and strategies.
